Our mission is to create a dynamic community among Latino designers, enabling them to share insights, foster connections, and access mentorship opportunities. We strive to elevate Latino voices, paving the way for leadership and empowerment within the profession.
At Latinos in Design, we recognize the unique challenges our community faces, from surmounting cultural hurdles to confronting institutional biases. By nurturing a robust sense of belonging, we aim to not only celebrate our collective identity but also to inspire and develop the next generation of Latino leaders in design.
